The relayer module allows a sender module on a remote chain to call functions on arbitrary contracts on the local chain using familiar transaction encoding: function selector + calldata.

The exact encoding format must be standardized before merging.

Because a LayerZero app can be decomposed into different pieces (sender/receiver - see #6) that may exist on different chains, it does not make sense to offer a "SolidState recommended" configuration that includes all such pieces.
