Only one annotation is shown when multiple Annotations have the same dateTime
What happened: Multiple annotations are returned for the same time, but are hidden on the graphs
What you expected to happen: All annotations are visible when hovering over the graph
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): Create 2 annotations with the same dateTime and apply them to a timeseries
Multiple annotation entries in DB
